Hot water issues left me showering in cold water!!! Keys frequently malfunctioned, leading to inconvenient room changes!!! Management could use better organization to address their cleaning and maintenance problems!!!

The hotel’s spacious guest rooms had a cozy charm, and I felt like royalty! I especially loved the thoughtful decor and how easy it was to navigate the property, making it perfect for us seniors.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the vibrant Brooklyn Museum during my stay, making every day an adventure filled with nature and art.

The staff were genuinely friendly and willing to assist with any questions I had,, which was appreciated. The cleanliness of the room stood out, making my stay somewhat comfortable. Additionally, the location was decent, allowing for easy exploration of nearby areas.

Unfortunately, I was unaware that the hotel offered breakfast during my stay, leading me to purchase all my meals off-site.

Request a room on the upper floors for a quieter experience, as noise levels can be higher on the lower floors.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Queen Room. The place was clean and comfy, but I had no idea breakfast was provided. So, I ended up buying all my food across the street. Oh, and no ice available in the hotel either. 😅 Really wished they had that!
